The MFAB Annual Ticket entitles you to an unlimited number of visits for a year to our museum’s permanent exhibitions and to the seasonal exhibitions in the Exhibition Hall of Prints and Drawings.

The MFAB Annual Ticket costs HUF 9,800 and is available at half price, for HUF 4,900, for visitors under 26 and over 62.

Something else is lasting: besides many other things, you will always find the masterpieces of Raphael, Cranach, Titian, El Greco, Rubens, Van Dyck, Velázquez and Goya here, when you visit us. If you have an Annual Ticket, you can see them as often as you like. Whether you know our museum inside out, or it is your first visit, you are in for numerous experiences with our favourable Annual Ticket: some 3,500 artefacts and more than 800 paintings from antiquity to the present displayed on 12 thousand square metres.

How does it work?

• You can purchase the Annual Ticket online at the Jegymester webshop (there is a convenience charge added to the ticket price), on the Liget+ webpage and the museum’s ticket office (no convenience charge added).
• The Annual Ticket is issued to the name provided at the time of purchase, and cannot be transferred. It is only valid together with a photo ID.
• The Annual Ticket is valid from the date of issue until the end of the month of purchase in the following year.
• The Annual Ticket entitles its holder to visit the permanent exhibitions of the Museum of Fine Arts, and the  exhibitions of the Exhibition Hall of Prints and Drawings, open from from Thursday to Sunday. The holder of the Annual Ticket has to purchase tickets for the seasonal exhibitions and events requiring special entrance tickets, according to his/her entitlement.
• If you buy your Annual Ticket online, it will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase. The Annual Ticket is valid in printed form or can be presented on your mobile phone, and provides direct access after the code is scanned.

Further advantages:

• If you would like to go on our guided tours either in the permanent or the graphic art exhibitions, you only need to buy a supplementary ticket, since you already have the entrance ticket as an Annual Ticket holder. 🙂
• You can use our extended opening hours every second Friday of every month. You can walk around in the exhibitions until 8 p.m., try out the recommended museum walks, the audioguide and enjoy our immersive art experiences.
• If you come and visit the permanent exhibition when there are queues waiting to get into the seasonal exhibition(s) at the given time, your Annual Ticket entitles you to jump the queue and come in with those with advance tickets.
