Zoltán May

Senior research fellow, Eötvös Loránd Research Network, Research Centre, Natural Sciences (TTK), National Conversation and Storage Centre– Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest (HU)

He was graduated in analytical and structural chemistry in 2000 and earned physical-chemistry PhD in 2007. For more than ten years his main research area is archaeometry and he has been working together and collaborating with researchers, restorers, archaeologists and museologists from main Hungarian museums, institutes and universities as well. He is working with inductively coupled plasma optical emission and mass spectroscopy (ICP-OES/ICP-MS) and portable X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) techniques for elemental analysis.
