In Each Other’s Hand

Organised in conjunction with the Kézzelfogható Foundation and linked to the European Equal Opportunities Day, the Museum of Fine Arts will host a hands-on exhibition, a conference and interactive creative workshops. The special exhibition, running from 2nd May, is aimed at providing the opportunity for visually impaired and blind people to share in the exhibition experience with the sighted and interactively support each other in the understanding and reception of the event.

Continuing the highly successful tradition of the past years, in the spring of 2013 the Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest is again staging a photographic exhibition. The show will feature around 250 shots by one of the greatest figures of fashion and advertising photography, Helmut Newton, reflecting his most significant creative periods

Museum+ continues in 2013! We look forward to seeing you in 2013 at our Museum+ evenings with extended opening hours and theme programmes.Events are still scheduled once a month on Thursday evenings but at alternating venues: the Museum of Fine Arts and the Hungarian National Gallery (www.mng.hu).The series will be complemented in the summer with Wine Wednesdays in the Hungarian National Gallery.
